How long is the order processing time?

2 Days advance notice for emails or phones or WhatApps orders will be ideal. We strive to create happiness by bringing most fresh flowers to you. We may need time to get fresh supply from our providers to fulfill your happiness.

How do I make an exchange?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept exchanges. Flowers are perishable and lose its freshness gradually. We have to cut and process the flowers, and have very limited option to recycle them post process. For trinkets, we curated unique and very few pieces from overseas. Mostly one item available in stock only. We are unable to exchange for like.

How do I get refund?

Products sold will be non-refundable or exchangeable.
